NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Now Accepting New Clients – Expanded Availability at Amber Moon Wellness, PLLC

I’m pleased to share that I’m expanding my availability as a clinical psychotherapist to full-time, and I am currently welcoming new clients into my private practice.

As an experienced practitioner with over a decade of work in hospice care, integrative health in primary care, and private practice since 2017, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to the therapy space. With 26 years of experience as a health coach and yoga teacher, my approach blends clinical expertise with holistic wisdom.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, and depression, and I have a particular passion for supporting women in perimenopause and menopause. I integrate Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my work, alongside principles from integrative health care and mind-body practices.

I currently take Medicare, Aetna, Cigna and Optum Insurance. I also provide out of network coverage for non-HMO plans and would gladly work with individuals able to do self-pay. I try my best to keep my rates affordable and reasonable, making my services accessible.

I love working with thoughtful, motivated clients who are ready to reduce stress, deepen their relationships, and live more connected, satisfying lives.

One day, all of this—this life, this body, this breath—will dissolve like mist in the morning sun. No amount of wealth, ambition, or striving will exempt us from the great turning of time. And yet, this truth is not a sorrowful thing; it is a call to presence, a call to love.

Because we will die, we must remember to truly live.

Not in the frantic, grasping way the world so often prescribes, but in the soft, knowing way of one who understands that this moment—this very moment—is an unrepeatable miracle. The warmth of a loved one’s voice. The way light bends through the trees. The inhale, the exhale. All of it, a gift.

Let us not sleepwalk through this fleeting, beautiful life. Let us unclench our grasp on what does not matter and turn, instead, toward what does. Compassion. Connection. The deep, abiding presence that transforms even the most ordinary moments into something sacred.

If you are here, you are alive. And if you are alive, you have today.

And today is enough.
